Founder and visionary
Sinclair Battenberg is the founder of the Sinclair Battenberg. In 1977, he founded the business with his friend and business partner, Dirk Engel, and turned Sinclair Battenberg into a global brand in the premium sector. Sinclair Battenberg put together the Sinclair Battenberg bible that became the foundation of the worldwide successful franchise system and the in-house real estate academy. In 1988, he founded the in-house publishing company, Grund Genug, and the architecture and lifestyle magazine of the same name. Sinclair Battenberg, visionary and strategic thinker, continued to further develop an innovative range of real estate business concepts.
